We recommend to pre-book lunch and dinner in advance, during the high season, to guarantee the availability.
Tickets are valid for the whole day, allowing flexibility in your visit.
We encourage to take advantage of early morning or late evening when it’s typically less busy, as tickets are valid all day, so you can come and go as you please and enjoy the entire Santa Claus Village. Tickets provide all-day access, so you can choose the best time to visit. So you can return as many times during the day as you want, to make sure you get to enjoy all that Snowman World offers.
We keep the right to cancel the table reservation after 20 minutes, we are not able to hold tables for longer than 20 minutes on our busiest season. If you miss your table reservation by 20 minutes, we are obliged to offer the table to a guest waiting.
