The Story of the Time Travel Machine
Long ago, dinosaur bones inspired humans to invent the mythical dragons of fairy tales. How might today’s discoveries shape the stories and legends of tomorrow? Did the ancient Egyptians truly love cats? Will we one day live side by side with aliens? And did a fierce tyrannosaurus ever pause to admire butterflies? These are the kinds of questions the artists considered as they began shaping snow and ice.
We hope that the Time Travel Machine will continue to spark thoughts about the passage of time, the past, the future, and everything in between long after your visit.
